Recreated Centipede for a game development class at MSU

Features most original aspects with potentially few differences with programmed movement and does NOT include a functional scorpion, the scorpion does spawn, gives points on kill, and converts mushroom colors but does not change the centipede's movement cycle due to complications with the basic descent cycle code for the centipede
